Your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. Since used outboard engines require inspection and servicing, please review our returns and refund policy carefully.
Returns
- Engines can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in the same condition as received.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the engine was delivered damaged or significantly not as described.
- Engines must be returned on a pallet, securely packaged, and in the original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Engines that have been modified, altered, or used after delivery.
- Special-order or customized engines.
- Clearance or “as-is” sale items.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned engine.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your engine arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours with photos.
- Claims made after this period may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Exchanges
- Exchanges may be offered if a similar engine is available in stock. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
