Processing Time

  • Once payment is confirmed, orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days.
  • After your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to additional inspection/servicing required before shipment.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship all outboard engines through reliable freight and courier partners such as FedEx Freight, UPS Ground Freight, or specialized heavy equipment carriers.
  • Smaller accessories or parts may be shipped via standard parcel services.
  • We always choose shipping methods that provide tracking and insurance coverage for your purchase.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the engine weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Any additional charges such as liftgate service, residential delivery, or remote area surcharges will be clearly communicated before shipping.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times within the continental United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • International deliveries may take 2–4 weeks, depending on customs clearance and local freight availability.
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors like weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections.

Freight Delivery Requirements

  • Outboard engines are shipped via palletized freight. Customers must ensure that they have adequate space and accessibility for delivery.
  • If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, please request liftgate service in advance (additional fee may apply).
  • The delivery carrier may contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • All shipments are insured against damage and loss.
  • When your package arrives, please inspect it carefully before you sign for it. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours with photos.
  • Claims for concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

International Shipping

  • We ship used outboard engines worldwide. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees required by their country.
  • Please verify import regulations in your country before placing an order.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your engine’s journey.
