Your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. Since used outboard engines require inspection and servicing, please review our returns and refund policy carefully.

Returns

  • Engines can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in the same condition as received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the engine was delivered damaged or significantly not as described.
  • Engines must be returned on a pallet, securely packaged, and in the original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Engines that have been modified, altered, or used after delivery.
  • Special-order or customized engines.
  • Clearance or “as-is” sale items.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned engine.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your engine arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours with photos.
  • Claims made after this period may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered if a similar engine is available in stock. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
